It started with a simple question: "How does the internet actually work?" As a tourism student, I wasn't expected to care about networking — but curiosity doesn't follow curricula. I earned my first Cisco certifications and discovered a world where hospitality meets technology.

I realized technology alone isn't enough — you need to design experiences. I dove into UX/UI, learning Figma and mobile app design. This wasn't just about making things pretty; it was about understanding how guests interact with digital touchpoints in hotels and tourism platforms.

The tourism industry runs on data and digital presence. I completed Google's Digital Marketing foundations and Data Analytics courses on Coursera. Now I could speak two languages: the language of hospitality and the language of technology. The bridge was forming.

Two milestones in one year: an exchange program at Chungbuk National University in South Korea, and representing at the Istanbul International Model United Nations. I discovered that the best ideas come from cross-cultural dialogue — and that Vietnam's digital tourism story deserves a global stage.

Today I'm bridging IPv6 infrastructure with smart tourism — because Vietnam's 35 million visitor target by 2030 needs both world-class hospitality AND world-class connectivity. I'm not just a tourism student who knows tech; I'm a translator between two worlds that need each other.
